伦敦艺术大学上海代表处一月份前两天的面试已经结束了，不少同学收获了喜悦的果实，在这些优秀的同学中，其中一位孙亦清同学更是受到了教授的好评。孙亦清同学来自常州，这次参加面试申请的是伦敦艺术大学CCW Communication方向的本科预科。虽然还是高中在读，小小年纪的她对自己未来的发展道路已经有了很清晰的规划，非常明确自己想要走的方向——插画。

在将孙亦清同学的绘画作品、SKETCH BOOK送往面试间时，代表处的老师们就已被她纯熟的画工所吸引，最终面试官也被她的插画作品折服，直到面试完的第二天还对她的作品意犹未尽，赞赏有加，直呼：" Her drawing is really really lovely! "

下面，为大家分享一下孙亦清同学SKETCH BOOK中的部分内容，以及她为大家分享的心路历程。在这里，代表处的老师还想提醒一下各位想要申请伦敦艺术大学的同学，虽然伦艺是一所非常注重想法和创意的大学，但这并不代表学校不重视同学们的基础绘画能力，是否有较好的绘画基础也是教授评估能力的重要依据之一，所以请同学们在追求创意的同时要提高自身的绘画能力。

I am an art student studying A-levels in aninternational school and  I appliedFoundation Diploma in Art and Design: Communication.

I want to study illustration in the futureso my works in A-Level are around this area. I only did two projects but I spentlots of time developing them especially the sketchbooks.

In my opinion, it isvery important to record the process of developing clearly because it can showthe interviewer where you get inspiration from and how the experiments andcolour tests help you do the final piece...

At first I worried about the portfoliobecause I thought it would be different works from the sketchbooks I did in A-Level. However I asked teachers for advice and did research on the courserequirements, I noticed that I just need to select the best works I did whichare relevant to the course.

Some advice:

* Read the course requirements carefully. (Eg: Types of IELTs test

* It will be very helpful if the works are easy to read. Do not leavethe drawings and photographs as separate papers.

* Don't write long paragraphs in the portfolio but record the processof developing in details in the sketchbooks.

* Quality is more important than the quantity.

* Keep smiling during the interview and show the passion!!!
